3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. All withdrawal requests are approved after verification. Available withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Withdrawal processing terms:

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer applies to one person once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for betting use only.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus.
• The games on which a bonus may be used will be stated in the relevant offer description.
• If an attempt to use a bonus fraudulently is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Prohibited Activities
